Recipe: No-Bake Cheesecake Bites

If you want an easy dessert you can make with your kids, you’ve come to the right place. They are perfectly bite-sized and will unfold their tastiness when they melt on your tongue. You can decorate them with everything you want, from white chocolate (as shown here) to cookie crumbs or coconut. Kids will love to decorate them with their favorite toppings! And you simply can’t get enough from the cheesecake treats in their crisp chocolate shell!

You will need:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • ½ cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 10 oz chocolate chips

Combine cream cheese and butter in a large bowl.

Mix in the graham cracker crumbs.

Add the powdered sugar one cup at a time and mix well.

Cover and put in the fridge. Chill for at least one hour, or overnight.

Scoop the batter into balls and place them on wax paper. Roll them between your palms if necessary. If they are too soft to dip, put them in the fridge again for 10-20 minutes. Then melt the chocolate in the microwave in 15-second increments, stirring in between. It should take about a minute.

Dip the balls in chocolate until they are completely covered, then put them back on the wax paper. Add your topping of choice and let cool until the chocolate has hardened.

For the best taste, store the bites in the fridge. To see the whole process, watch this video:
