Recipe: Slow-Cooker Caesar Chicken Wraps

Do you like to grab Chicken Caesar Wraps for lunch? But why buy them – when you can just as easily make them at home! They’ll even taste better. And, of course, you don’t have to spend a whole lot of money for every little extra topping you want! Even better, it’s healthy, and you can set it up hours in advance and then just finish it off when it’s time for lunch or dinner.

You will need:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, shredded
  • Romaine leaves
  • Sliced red onion

Put the chicken breast into a slow cooker. Sprinkle one teaspoon of oregano, parsley, and garlic powder each over it, then pour the water and the oil on top. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Take the chicken out of the slow cooker and drain the water. Using two forks, shred it in a large bowl.

Mix it with Caesar dressing, Parmesan, another teaspoon of parsley, and pepper. Wrap it in a tortilla with romaine lettuce and some sliced onion.
